Our elastic headbands are a signature one size fits all elastic. They will fit baby to toddlers. They are all one size. We do not guarantee they will fit newborns only because their heads come in all shapes and sizes. The elastics are super stretchy and will fit through the toddler years! We guarantee they will not dent her noggin no matter how big it is. :)

How do you ship your bows?

All of our bows are shipped in our signature purple poly mailer. Bows may need fluffing upon arrival. We ship in poly mailers to keep our shipping prices as low as possible for the buyer. Should you wish to have your bows shipped in a box, please message us BEFORE purchase so we may update your shipping price.

As of January 2017 we no longer accept returns or exchanges. Due to hygiene reasons we are no longer able to accommodate any returns or exchanges on orders. Should there be a mistake on our part we will fix it. Sales are FINAL.

How do I clean my bows?

Bows are to be spot cleaned only with a warm cloth. Do not wash them.

 How quickly do you process my order?

Our mission is to fulfill your order quickly and accurately. Most orders will ship within 2-5 business days. Some items may take an additional week.  Weekends and holidays are not included in processing and shipping times. 

How can I track my package?

All packages are sent with tracking.  You will be sent a tracking number to the email you used at checkout. We highly recommend you create a user account to be able to log in and see your order history and tracking information.
